1991 VOLVO 780 V6 COUPE BERTONE / €9500


Volvo has a long tradition of coupes like the P1800 or the 262C. 

For his new big coupe based on the family 740/760, Bertone is again requested. Unlike 262C, Bertone is in charge of design and manufacturing.

The main market of this car remains the United States, main consumers of large coupés.

Unveiled at the 1985 Geneva Motor Show, it will be produced from 1986 to 1990 with 9086 copies of which 70% will be destined for the American market. 
It is equipped with a complete equipment for the era including seats, mirrors and electric sunroof, air conditioning, ABS, on-board computer, high quality hi-fi, airbags …

Like the 740/760, the 780 is a propulsion equipped with the V6 PRV 2.8 liters of 167 hp (which will increase to 143 hp following the new antipollution standards). 
A 129-hp 2.4-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine is also available. It should be noted that this is one of the first large diesel coupes. 
The price is rather elitist with a base of 315,900 francs in 1987, in other words, the same price as a Mercedes-Benz 300 CE, 30,000 francs more than a BMW 628 CSI, and 5,000 francs more than a Jaguar XJS V12.

In 1988, the 780 received an independent rear suspension.

1990 saw the arrival of a 4-cylinder turbo 200 hp. This year is added as an option the differential lock. The model discreetly leaves the catalog the same year. On the reasons of the relative commercial failure of the 780, there was first the prices quite high (because of the manufacture by a specialist bodybuilder) and the lines a little too massive. Nuccio Bertone himself ironically defines the Volvo 780 as “a truck in a party dress”.

1966 FERRARI 330 GT 2 + 2 SERIES 1 /299000 €


The 330 GT 2 + 2, first version, was presented at the Brussels Motor Show in 1964. The engine is of Colombo origin and derived from the GTO. The model succeeds the 250 GTE, the engine capacity being increased by 960 cm3, and the power from 240 to 300 hp.

While the latter had already marked the history of Ferrari by producing an unusually high number of copies – more than 900 copies – the 330 GT will do even better since it will be produced to 1,088 copies.

Designed by renowned Turin coach Pininfarina, who has long been associated with Ferrari, the bow and stern of the 330 GT 2 + 2 are particularly innovative, especially with regard to the four headlight front light units.

The maximum speed was 240 km / h, the 400 meter standing start is covered in 15’9 and the mile in 28’2. The 330 GT was welcomed by the specialized press of the time, as a more urban Ferrari model, designed more for grand touring than the competition.

The Ad that caught our attention is this beautiful Ferrari 330 GT 2 + 2 delivered new in the United States by the Luigi Cinetti Motors dealership in New York at the end of 1964. The car was Azzuro color. 
The first owner did not register it until July 1966.

It arrived in Europe in August 1992, imported by the manager of Gebr Fehlmann in Aargau, Switzerland. Mr Fehlmann had it repainted in color Grigio Nûrburgring (silver gray) – registered AG 17674 (the original of the registration document is in the vehicle file).

Resale in September 1995 at “Touring garage” in Switzerland. It was sold to a Swiss customer in March 1997. 

Mr Heinrichsdorff bought and imported it in Germany in February 1999 – registered SHA-F 300 (we have the original of the registration document) 
Preserved until May 2007 to be resold to a collector of Saarbrücken, Mr L. – Registered SB -XV4 H (a copy of the gray card is also present). 

Purchased to Mr. L. in March 2016 by its last owner and registered in French “carte grise de collection”.

This Ferrari has a large number of maintenance invoices since 1992.

1971 MASERATI INDY Manual Gearbox /99000 €


The Maserati Indy is a GT 2 + 2 luxury produced from 1969 to 1974.

Designed by Virginio Vairo and Delio Meinardi, this model is presented by the bodywork Vignaleau Turin International Motor  Show  1968, in the form of a prototype of two-door coupé with four seats, intended to replace the Maserati Sebring. The name “Indy” was chosen to recall the two victories won by Maserati at the Indianapolis 500 in 1939 and 1940.

Production begins in 1969. The official launch as the new Maserati model takes place at the Geneva Motor Show.

The first set featured the 4.2-liter Maserati V8 engine, but from 1970 the manufacturer proposed a version with its 4.7-liter V8 engine. In 1971, it will also offer a version with its 4.9-liter V8 from the Maserati Ghibli, whose power was reduced from 335 to 320 hp. From 1973, the model will be equipped only with this last engine. In addition to the Maserati Ghibli, this same engine will equip the Bora and Khamsin models. The latest models benefited from the hydraulic braking developed by Citroën.

All engines had four overhead camshafts, powered by four Weber double-barrel carburettors type 42 DCNF. The ZF mechanical gearbox had five gears; a Borg-Warner three-speed automatic transmission was offered as an option.

1981 ALPINE A310 V6 / 19900 €


The mission of the A310 was to conquer new customers that found the A110 berlinette too spartan. 

Indeed, the A310 has a much higher comfort, as well as two small rear seats that allow it to take the qualifier of 2 + 2. 

Since the stopping of the A110 GT4 in 1967 (descendants of the A 108 2 + 2), it no longer existed in the four-seater coupe range. 

By taking the exact wheelbase of its predecessors, 2.27  m , it finds itself in direct confrontation with the Porsche 911.

2000 JAGUAR XKR 4.0L COUPE /8000 €

1989 JAGUAR XJS 3.6L /€13500


The  Jaguar XJ-S  (then  Jaguar XJS ) – (XJ27) is a luxurious GT produced between 1975 and 1996.

The XJ-S replaced the Type E in September 1975, based on the platform of the shortened XJ sedan.

Appearing in the midst of the oil crisis, and criticized for its design, the XJ-S has struggled to find a place in the market. Especially, that this one was very little favorable to the big-tourist sports
